Salavantes

We had lovely dinner, dishes were sublime, meat tender and juicy. We would come back, but be aware service can be slower than you are used to from other countries. Overall we loved staff friendly demeanor, that made dinner experience not just a food. Certainly one of best restaurants in whole Chania. Special mention to Yannis who took care of us.

The food here was absolutely amazing quality and reasonably priced too!! The service staff were very friendly. The first time I went I had started with the sagnaki.. a Greek fried cheese dish and this is the best u can get in the area. I followed with the braised lamb knuckle that's served on a bed of risotto, again absolutely to die for! The second time I came I had the seared tuna steak, and again this was lovely it just disintegrated in your mouth. Very romantic setting too, if your in the area and you appreciate top notch food and wine without breaking the bank, definitely go here!

What a lovely evening we had! Our food was delicious, we had a great view of a beautiful sunset the team were so kind and friendly. They couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome! Highly recommend.
